Your order stays on your phone
This policy covers the La Ibaguereñita app. The order page on this website works the same way: it keeps your order in this browser and opens your own email app to send it.

What this notice covers
The notice covers the app on your phone: the products and prices, the orders you prepare, saved orders and the ways the app hands an order to you to send.
When you write to or call us, what you send is handled as described in the section on how we use an order.
The products and prices in the app
The products, packs, prices and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and do not reveal anything about you.
The order you prepare
An order lists the products, packs and quantities you choose, the type of order and the day and time you prefer. The app keeps the order you are working on, and the orders you save, on your phone.
Event details
For an event order you can note the kind of event and the number of guests. Nothing else about the event is asked for.
Your name and contact details
To let us reply, an order can include your name, a business name for shop orders, a phone number and an email address. You type them yourself; only the way of replying you choose is needed.
Delivery address
If you ask for delivery, the order includes the address and neighbourhood you type. They stay on your phone until you send the order.
Where your data is stored
Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.
Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.
No account, no cloud copy
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.
What the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.
No internet access
The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.
Sending an order by email
When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the order written in it and addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and from then on the email is handled by your email provider.
Calling us
When you tap Call, the app opens your phone app with our number filled in. The call is made only if you start it.
Sharing or copying an order
Share opens the Android share sheet with the order, and Copy puts it on the clipboard. Where it goes next is your choice.
How we use an order you send
An order you send reaches us through the channel you used. We use it to confirm the products, the price and the time, and to prepare the order.
Ask us directly how long we keep messages and orders.
Allergies and notes
If you write an allergy or another note, it is part of the order you send. Write only what we need to prepare the order.
Your choices and rights under Colombian law
You can edit, duplicate or delete saved orders at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone.
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask FABRICA DE ACHIRAS LA IBAGUEREÑITA S.A.S. to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Send such requests to laibaguerenita1974@gmail.com.
Changes and contact
If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
